This page explains how to delete your account and related data for the mobile app "Nadge" (provided by App Foret), and what is deleted and what is retained.
About Nadge accounts
Nadge works without registering an email address or password. An anonymous account (a user identifier) is created automatically on first launch, and your mission progress, island data and friend information are stored on our servers (Cloud Firestore) under it. Because you never register a name, email address or phone number, we hold no information that directly identifies you.
Deleting data on your device
Data kept only on your device, such as exclusion settings, difficulty setting, display language and tutorial progress, is removed when you uninstall the App. No need to contact us.
Deleting server data (by email)
The App currently has no in-app account deletion feature. To delete the data on our servers, email the address below. After verifying that the request is yours, we will delete the data.

Because Nadge does not register names or email addresses, we identify your account by friend code or transfer code. If you have neither (for example, you lost the device), send information that helps verify ownership, such as the App Store / Google Play order number or receipt. If we still cannot identify the account, we may be unable to delete it, to avoid deleting someone else's data by mistake.
If you send a transfer code, it becomes invalid after we use it to confirm the request.
What is deleted
On request, we delete the following data on our servers (Cloud Firestore).
- Account information (user identifier, authentication data)
- Profile (display name, avatar, epithet, friend code)
- Progress (mission completion, points, level, island and buildings, titles, collection, habits)
- Friendships, sent and received friend requests, timeline posts and Likes, friend points
- Transfer codes and their usage records
- Push-notification tokens
- The state of purchased features tied to the account
After deletion, your display name and friend code become available to others, and you disappear from your former friends' lists.
What is retained after deletion
The following is retained after deletion. None of it contains information that directly identifies you (name, email address and so on).
- Purchase records: transaction information based on the purchase records issued by the store (App Store / Google Play) is kept for as long as required for fraud prevention and by law (for example, accounting and tax record-keeping obligations)
- Like counts on friends' timelines: the number of Likes you gave remains as an aggregate on the other person's posts (who gave them is deleted)
- Statistics: usage statistics aggregated in a form that cannot identify individuals
About in-app purchases
Nadge's in-app purchases are one-time (non-consumable) only; there are no subscriptions. Deleting your data does not remove the store's purchase record, so you can later restore the unlock from Settings → Restore purchases under the same Apple or Google account. Whether a refund is possible, and the procedure, follow each store's policy.
Retention period
We delete the data listed under "What is deleted" within a reasonable period after verifying your request (normally promptly, and no later than 30 days). Data may remain in automatic disaster-recovery backups for up to 14 days after deletion, but we never restore or reuse it during that period. Transaction records we are legally required to keep are retained for 7 years as a rule under tax and accounting law, then deleted.
